Haven of New Beginnings is a housing program, not a traditional rental property
Each participant joins as a program guest, entering under a month-to-month participation agreement rather than a lease. To qualify, applicants must: - Be 50 years of age or older - Have a reliable source of income (SSI, SSDI, pension, or employment) - Be capable of independent living (this is not an assisted living facility) - Maintain a substance-free lifestyle – zero-tolerance policy - Complete intake orientation before move-in - Sign and follow the month-to-month participation agreement.
Community Conduct Expectations:
Respect fellow participants, staff, and shared spaces
Observe quiet hours for rest and reflection
Refrain from overnight guests unless formally approved
Keep personal and common areas clean and organized
Submit monthly program contributions on time
Avoid violence, threats, or harassment (immediate removal policy)
